ABSTRACT GUIDELINES:

Abstract format:

• Case History

• Salient Examination findings

• Investigations (Laboratory and Radiology)

• Provisional and Differential Diagnosis

• Treatment and Management

• Word limit: 800 words (excluding title and headings)

• Plagiarism will lead to disqualification.

• Abstract should be accompanied by a letter from head of department attesting that the case was received and managed at their respective hospital.

RULES FOR REGISTRATION:

• Participation is open to teams of two and individual participants.

• General registration of both team members is mandatory before submission of abstract.

• Only one member of a team needs to register (free) for the competition and submit the abstract and attestation letter via the provided Google Form.

• Each participant will be assigned a unique ID, which must be mentioned during abstract submission.

PRESENTATION GUIDLINES:

• Participants selected for the finals must prepare their presentation on Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Only the selected finalists need to pay the event registration fee of Rs. 200.

• The use of images in presentations is encouraged.

• Presentations must reflect originality, relevance, and evidence-based discussion.

• Time limit for presentation: 10 minutes (7 minutes presentation and 3 minutes discussion)
