PRIZES:

The Painter in His Studio" by François Boucher is a small, intimate painting showing the artist himself at work inside a cluttered, almost theatrical studio. Boucher, known for his polished, decorative Rococo style, depicts an idealized, slightly chaotic workspace filled with paintings, sketches, and rich fabrics.

GUIDELINES FOR POSTER:

  • Poster is to be submitted through google form.

  • The digital poster submitted must have Title, Name of presenter, year of study, full name of institution.

  • Entries will be reviewed by our judges and finalists will be announced on WhatsApp.

  • Any number of participants are allowed from each college.

RULES FOR REGISTRATION:

  • Participation is open to teams of two and individual participants.

  • General registration of both team members is mandatory before submission of poster.

  • Only one member of a team needs to register (free) for the competition and submit the digital poster via the provided google form.

  • Each participant will be assigned a unique ID, which must be mentioned during abstract submission.

PRESENTATION GUIDLINES:

  • Participants selected for the finals must bring their printed poster for presentation.

  • Only the selected finalists need to pay the event registration fee of Rs. 200.

  • Dimensions of Poster: 36in × 24in [Landscape]

  • Appropriate use of graphical representations, illustrations and photographs is encouraged

  • Time limit for presentation: 8 minutes (5 minutes presentation and 3 minutes questioning from judges)
