PICTURE GUIDELINES:

• Picture to be submitted through google forms.

• The digital picture submitted must have title, a caption of 25-50 words, name of presenter, year of study, full name of institution.

• The following guidelines for picture submission must be followed:

• Originality, Relevance

• Format = JPEG/PNG

• Resolution = 300 PPI/DPI

• File size ≤ 10 MB

• Entries will be reviewed by our judges and top 10 entries will be selected

• Only the selected finalists need to pay the event registration fee of Rs. 150.

FINAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES:

• Participants selected for the finals must bring their printed picture for presentation.

• Dimensions of picture : 8.27 in × 11.69 in [Landscape layout] (Not including the caption)

• Picture must be coloured, with the same resolution as digital one

• Time limit for presentation of your picture : 5 minutes (3 minutes presentation and 2 minutes questioning from judges)
